1st hour (X) pleasure and play
We are guided through a shared somatic practice with Amy Morrow using tools inspired by fighting monkey, cultivating qi, gaga, feldenkrais, with inspiration from Jesse Zaritt, Deborah Hay, Kira Blazek, Jason Akira Somma and most importantly, each other
We rest.
2nd hour (Y) create
We play with tools inside the framework of composition to create and explore worlds as both mapmakers and travelers.
We rest.
3rd hour (Z) integrate
We reflect. We begin again. XYZ~ABC
